Mr. D’Alessio graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics in 1965, and from Seton Hall University School of Law with a Juris Doctor Degree in 1968. He was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar, as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey in October, 1968, and was admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit, and to the United States Supreme Court. During the period from 1968 to 1974, he served in the United States Army Reserve in the Corps of Engineers, and he was honorably discharged in 1974. He was born in Newark, New Jersey on December 15, 1943.
